At long last have I have a bit of time to send in these photos. The Chingola reunion went off very well. Friday we had a burger BBQ at one of the local motels where most were staying. Saturday was the big day. We had a fantastic Braai, lots of good food and Castle Beer, the boerewors, nshmia and relish went down very well and cooked on a fire and ploughdisc.

It was so good to meet up with old school buddies, almost everyone had not seen one another for 30 to 40 years, lots of good memories remembered and stories exchanged. Sunday was Mothers Day so we all went to the Summerland Golf Club for Brunch. A good weekend had by all, next year we plan to have the reunion in Vancouver. Hope to see more of you there next year from all over the Copperbelt. Our friends came in from far and wide, Cape Town, Las Vegas, Seattle, Calgary, Vancouver, Salt Spring. To all thoese that were there - thanks for coming, it was great to see you. We the Van Blerks and Gogles had a great time hosting the event
