St Johns Convent 1953.

Found this picture of Classes of St John's Convent School taken about 1953/54. I recognise many faces but can only put names to the ones I have numbered - here goes:-

1. Melanie Moll 2. Sister Alphonsina 3. Ronald Jones 4. Aki Pretorius (I think) 5. Denise Foster 6. Marsha Garwith 7. Charmaine Lovegrove 8. Malcolm Jones 9. Vivienne Eldridge (Me) 10. Peter ??? 11. Alana Burns 12. Aki's Sister ? 13. Phillip Burns (Alana's brother) 14. Heather Gardiner 15. Graham Eldridge (my cousin) not sure of this one! 16. Graham Rodgers (Rogers)

Seems like in those early days many of the kids went to the convent - this was still whilst it was at "Albion House".

I am almost 99% sure I have the names right - wish I could remember the ones that allude me.
